HAPI (Heyuri Archipelago Peace Initiative) is a multi-island coalition whose stated goal is to support smaller islands in time of need, by way of sending food, financial or military assistance. HAPI is a controversial alliance among the wider Heyuri Archipelago

In particular, warmongering islands tend to have a more negative disposition toward HAPI. This is speculated to be the result of an inferiority complex because warmonger islands tend to be forever alone, while HAPI is eternally surrounded by friends.

Why Join HAPI?

Well... because if you don't, you're probably a homosexual who enjoys getting raped in teh butt by missiles targeted at your anus. If you join HAPI, we promise to only assrape you when you wear that seductive skirt, you slut prevent any and all kind of buttsecks, consensual or not!

BAI: Blacklist of Asshole Islands

BAI is a "list of islands who maek unprovoked and unjustified military attacks against other islands". This list is determined by HAPI members, rather than the islands listed on it.

History

HAPI members vow to support other HAPI members during times of need with funds, food, military assistance, etc.

  • In the same post, Chuu Island's representative also proposed BAI (Blacklist of Asshole Islands):

Also being proposed today is the Blacklist of Asshole Islands (BAI): a list of islands who maek unprovoked and unjustified military attacks against other islands :angry:

BAI-listed islands will be ineligible for HAPI membership, and won't receive support from HAPI members for any reason until - at a minimum - they've paid a sum proportional to the devastation of their crimes to their victims

Note that HAPI members caught assisting BAI-listed islands will become BAI-listed themselves!

  • An anonymous island leader replied to say that they were "a bit too small for joining any alliance". Chuu Island's representative responded:

If ur too small to provide help, that's fine - it's still worth joining since ur more likely to receive help from those who are less small when u need it ヽ(´ー｀)ノ

HAPI's goal is to cultivate a community culture of cooperation, and to discourage dastardly destruction and douchebaggery. No island left behind... unless they deserve it! :biggrin:

  • On the same day as HAPI's conception, Gensokyo Island was quick to join, shortly followed by DESU Island, Public Commune Island, and Iopsd Island.
  • Cygnus Island silently joined around the same time, likely due to them being attacked by Wanker Island on turn 32—mere hours after HAPI's conception.
  • On October 9, 2023 (turn 78), Cygnus Island gave their remaining resources to other HAPI members and abandoned their island. ;_;7
  • On October 17, 2023, Milf Island joined HAPI as a request for assistance against a barrage of attacks towards them from Suiseiseki Island of OTAKU on turns 108 and 111. After the first HAPI counterattack, Suiseiseki Island swiftly surrendered.
  • On October 18, 2023, Great Upchuckian King revealed that they were the ones behind an unprovoked stealth attack against Chuu Island, which itself was an attempt to stir up the then-growing tensions between HAPI and OTAKU. The first counterattack from HAPI was unsuccessful, with 16 missiles getting neutralized by Upchuck Island's defense facility. The so-called "Great Upchuckian War" ensued, with Upchuck Island getting mostly obliterated.
  • On October 19, 2023, Great Upchuckian King announced Upchuck Island's defeat. Since they still hadn't paid for their crimes, they remained BAI-listed until Great Upchuckian King abandoned the island on turn 122, promising his revenge.
  • On October 20, 2023, Supreme leader yakuruto!Ekuvj.lnBg announced that the People's Republic of Shotacon Island had decided to join HAPI. This was due to HAPI "napalming Upchuck Island over their wanton theft of our mother state's resources"—the "mother state" being Shota Empire Island, who had all their resources stolen by Upchuck Island's l33t hax0rz on turn 117, and swiftly became uninhabited on turn 120.
