Hachikuji
Hachikuji is a notable developer for Kokonotsuba, and a moderator for Heyuri, who first joined Heyuri's mod and dev team in... dunno (I NEED TO ASK HIM). Significant parts of Heyuri, such as the flash board, contributions to the uploader and general feature improvement as time progresses, are thanks to him, and his very helpful assistant, ChatGPT-san (& pen man). He also manages the Daily Waha website.
He has also been a notable contributor to OC, and was a major part during Hakoniwa Islands's peak in activity, on the side of HAPI.
He's usually represented using Hachikuji Mayoi, from the Monogatari series. I don't know what else to say. He has a little sister? Maybe you can make something out of that? I dunno, i don't see as much OC of him than the others...
