Townhall is a Heyuri event where many of the staff and users gather in one place with the intention of discussing matters related to the site and community. That rarely happens however, and it usually devolves into partying like it's 1999 after about 3 seconds. Starting with the 4th Townhall, it has taken place in a Gikopoi instance, but previous Townhalls were held in Heyuri's IRC channel. Townhalls were originally intended to occur on a monthly basis, but this was later changed to every two months, and now it's basically whenever kaguya damn well feels like it.
