A Place To Be is what Heyuri is right now, and what 4chan /jp/ and other small internet otaku oriented communities used to be many years ago. Places to be are very scarce nowadays, so you should be thankful you found your way into Heyuri. Be careful not to confuse "a place to be" with "not a place to be"!!!
