The partybus is a phenomenon that cannot truly be explained, and must be experienced to be understood. It is very rarely sighted, and experts believe it spends most of its time broken down somewhere near Iruyeh. However, when the partybus does roll around, Heyuri's PPH explodes, and many LOLs are had.
