De-kolymization was the reversal of the process of Kolymization, an event which took place in Heyuri and several other websites throughout the KolymaNET era, a period of time in the latter years of the leadership of kuz which saw increased "integration" of Heyuri with the Kolyma Network and its services, something which was resented by some users. The resulting effects on Heyuri contributed to the decline of the website and kuz's rising unpopularity before slowly fizzling out after Kuz promised to undo many of his changes, months later.

Until Kaguya's leadership, some Kolyma components remained active on Heyuri, but after Kaguya was appointed they were swiftly removed, which kuz called "too far", "witch hunting" and "stupid, pointless revisionism" which if left unchecked would snowball into worse things for the site.
