'''HAPI''' ('''H'''eyuri '''A'''rchipelago '''P'''eace '''I'''nitiative) is a multi-island coalition whose stated goal is to bring about peace and inspire cooperation in the [[Heyuri Archipelago]] by supporting HAPI members and vulnerable islands in times of need.

While HAPI is revered and respected by most of the global community, some islands consider HAPI to be controversial; in particular, warmongering islands and terrorist nations tend to have a more negative disposition toward HAPI since HAPI frequently cockblocks their plans for world domination.

== Why join HAPI? ==

As a HAPI member, your island will be considered top priority when it comes to receiving support from other HAPI members during your times of need. There's an expectation that you'll also provide support to other HAPI members when they're in times of need (so long as you're in a position to do), although there's currently no obligation to do so.

Forms of support that HAPI members frequently provide to each other include (but are not limited to):
*Food AIDS
*Financial AIDS
*Military assistance against attacking nations and monsters
*Sexual favors
*Free [[Loli|lolis]] and/or [[Shota|shotas]]

Any island may join HAPI at any time without invitation so long as:
* You put <code>[HAPI]</code> in your island's comment.
* You are not currently listed on the [[HAPI#BAI:_Blacklist_of_Asshole_Islands|Blacklist of Asshole Islands]] (BAI).
* You do not provide support (food, financial, military, or otherwise) to currently-BAI-listed islands.
* You do not attack non-BAI-listed islands without having received adequate provocation from them ("adequte provocation" means an island attacked you or your allies first, declared war on you or your allies, etc.).

*On October 18, 2023, [[Upchuck Island|Great Upchuckian King]] revealed that they were the ones behind an unprovoked stealth attack against Chuu Island, which itself was an attempt to stir up the then-growing tensions between HAPI and OTAKU. The first counterattack from HAPI was unsuccessful, with 16 missiles getting neutralized by Upchuck Island's defense facility. The so-called "[[Upchuck Island#Great Upchuckian War|Great Upchuckian War]]" ensued, with Upchuck Island getting mostly obliterated.
*On October 19, 2023, Great Upchuckian King announced Upchuck Island's defeat. Since they still hadn't paid for their crimes, they remained BAI-listed until Great Upchuckian King abandoned the island on turn 122, promising his revenge.
*On October 20, 2023, Supreme leader yakuruto!Ekuvj.lnBg announced that the [[People's Republic of Shotacon Island]] had decided to join HAPI. This was due to HAPI "napalming Upchuck Island over their wanton theft of our mother state's resources"—the "mother state" being Shota Empire Island, who had all their resources stolen by Upchuck Island's l33t hax0rz on turn 117, and swiftly became uninhabited on turn 120.

*On December 23, 2023 (turn 381), [[Clover Island]] joined HAPI after receiving an invitation from Sultan Yakuruto of the Lolislamic State of Shotacon Island.
*After the second large-scale HAPI-OTAKU war (turn 686 (March 9, 2024) to roughly turn 756 (March 26, 2024)) that put an end to OTAKU once and for all, there was a long period of peace and HAPI was made largely redundant. Despite this, Chuu Island continued to proudly fly the HAPI flag.
*On December 4, 2024, [[hachikuji Island]] was discovered and immediately joined HAPI (which by this point consisted solely of Chuu Island), thus reviving HAPI as a multi-island faction in the Heyuri archipelago.
