Riley James Bell more commonly known as Lolico (lol-ee-koh) is the founder and creator of Heyuri.[1] At age 16 he created Heyuri, on February 16th, 2018. As he created heyuri, he is technically the oldest oldfag of all time and a revered spirit whom practitioners of Heyurism deeply respect.
Lolico is a central figure in Heyuri and also one of the developers of Kokonotsuba, the imageboard software which is used on Heyuri and a few other sites.
