Revision as of 08:09, 23 October 2022

This page is for nominating what game we should play on the Heyuri Gaming Day. The Steam group staff will announce new events several days before they occur, but feel free to edit the table below at any time.

Note that you don't necessarily need an account to edit this page, but without an account your bare IP will be exposed. You can use a VPN or Tor if you don't wish to leak your IP and also don't want to register an account for whatever reason.

Game titles with a line through them are game that we have already played together. To see the full list of shows we've previously played together, see the main Heyuri Gaming Day page.

General guidelines for adding new games

Primordial game guidelines

  1. It must be multiplayer
  2. It can be either a non-Steam game or a Steam game
  3. If it is a Steam game, the game must be cheap (less than 10$ USD is okay) or commonly owned (e.g, Garry's mod, Counter-Strike, Killing Floor)
  4. It has the possibility to host a server using a third-party program like Hamachi / Radmin VPN for simple LAN hosting (in case nobody can host a dedicated server)

Bonus demands

  1. The game runs on older Windows such as XP / 2000
  2. Game allows for Mods and custom content
  3. The game runs on Linux
  4. The game is easy to pirate
  5. Game is lightweight on disk space (less than 8GB)
