is it reasonable to make pages about imageboards adjacent to Heyuri, like hikari3? I wanted to make a page about Rotting angels, particularly because of the uniqueness of it, and the frontpage does say that:
> The Heyuri Historical Society or Heyuri Wiki, is a public information repository about Heyuri, BBS Culture, and other related topics.
