It runs the vichan software. It's a relatively calm and laid-back imageboard, and was allegedly created on a whim after: [2]
Some friends and I were having a discussion about the decline of forums and distinctive little sites with their own feel and community in favor of huge consolidated social media spaces (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc), and so a couple of us decided it would be fun to set up our own microsites, even if realistically they would get almost no traffic or adoption. I made this imageboard and one of my friends made a little phpbb forum, though it looks like that forum is down now.
