Regarding the transfer fee

Small clarification: The transfer fee (12.50$ in this case) isn't paid to the original registrar (Epik), but to the new registrar (porkbun). Epik only gives a transfer code (for free) that lets us move domain somewhere else (as the standard procedure is). I announced it as 13$ because I dunno how much payment processors charge. Once it's paid by yakuruto, the transfer fee acts like an early renewal - like early paying for one more year after February 2026, so currently the domain is paid for until February 2027 as you can see in whois.
I'm not sure but Epik probably wouldn't release the domain in February 2026, I read that registrars just permanently sit on domains that were b& for ToS ^^;
