49778-kun is an unusual poster and a known spammer, having flooded both /vote/ and
Ayashii World with their weird catchphrase. They're possibly schizophrenic, or sumthing.
Examining the quote
On the 30th of April, 49778-kun would confess to the origin of the strange phrase he had been spamming around Heyuri. According to a post in a thread with the same phrase in the OP post, the original phrase came from some Christian website he co-opted and modified to "reflect how I want".
