Iruyeh-tan is the less well known evil(ish) twin sister of Heyuri-tan. Her backstory is quoted from a /b/ thread[1] from the 22nd of February 2025:
... they were raised together but heyuri-tan was clearly the favourite child, she tries and tries to get noticed by her family, friends, even strangers! but everyone always only talks about heyuri.
So I believe this is why iruyeh-tan is so evil and against fun: it's the only way she has to get the attention she never got as a child
we may see her laughing evilly as she b0rks rule 8 but I believe that when all is said and done and she gets home she cries herself to sleep :(

totalbomb soon followed with an edit of a recent Heyuri-tan OC from deeptoot, after some discussion was had about what Iruyeh-tan's form would actually be, solidifying Iruyeh-tan as a part of Heyuri.
Soon after, an anonymous artist depicted another form of Iruyeh-tan on Heyuri's /b/ board, and started to flesh out more of her lore. This included a thread involving Heyurizens trying to actually interact with Iruyeh-tan at the harbor...
