why make it a draft?

this is just made as a response to /b/155389-san honestly. i want to finish it by october so we can compile heyuri OC stuff for reference when people might wanna get on Bunkasai, but i think the full page actually be completed before having it go and replace the pre-existing page --Agb001 (talk) 03:16, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
