It is a slife of lice manga portraying lives of 4 girls (thats why its called 4-koma! Meaning 4 girls in chinese!) and their daily routine. Lucky Star became popular inside and outside of [[Heyuri]] resulting in a professional mangaka Kagami Yoshimizu deciding to create a bootleg series under the same name, and Kyoto Animation began publishing machinima animations of Lucky Star under their youtube channel but because they plagiarized often their channel ended up getting smoked. Bandai Entertainment made figurines (but no jars or [[Operation Vomitscooper|imouto vomit]]) of the 4 main gyaruzu (jap. 4-koma).
