It explains the mechanics much better than the wikipage here would, but for a very rough (and uninformed...) overview:

- Do yer quests
- Heal up after and get Tombola tickets (sleeping is free! no tombolas for that tho...)
- Grab some equipment at the store, and see if you hit it big at the Tombola House!!!
- Clear moar quests
- Level up to max and change ur job
