Waha Island's citizens planned to retaliate once their situation had stabilized, but before they could do so, they realized the land on which they stood had been cursed by [[Hakoniwa Kamisama]] for being '''the 0th island'''.

Major restructuring and assistance from the [[Heyuri Intelligence Agency|HIA]] was needed to avoid being eternally doomed by this '''0th's curse''', however their attempts would prove unsuccessful. Naively believing that the HIA had released them from the curse by simply painting over the "0"s with "6"s, the Waha people carried on with their island developments. The People's Force of Action (PFA) is an island organization which goal is to bring together many nations under a common goal of love, anime, McDonald's, and squashing imperialism in the [[Heyuri Archipelago]] by defending PFA members and other defenseless islands in times of need. It is primarily a force of peace, but will not hesitate to attack overseas aggressors if necessary.

== History ==

Poptan had supposedly planned to start the People's Force of Action from the beginning of the state's existence. Shortly after it was established, Poptan held a gathering with the people of the island and spoke about his thoughts on joining [[HAPI]]/[[AGGRO]]/[[OTAKU]] and other alliances, and his hesitation with him believing the alliances themselves to be imperialist. It is spoken of briefly in [[Quotations from Chairman Poptan]]:

give other nations a choice, rather than it be monopolized by one group."</blockquote>

Poptan goes on record saying he did not want to start the organization too early, for his island was "not powerful enough" to take on aggressors and provide AIDS to comrades in need. However, once the factories were finally being worked in, the first city was built, and militaristic power had strengthened just enough, on turn 483 Poptan decided to officially create the PFA.

A party was held for the creation of the alliance on the island, and for like the fifth time in their short history they had Poptan hold a 30 minute speech, ate McDonald's and danced around to [[Tungjei]] folk tunes. (They're literally just old klezmer songs played with like one-stringed Chinese instruments and shit)

this was a battle that had taken place after the current leader at the time Super Mario thought he needed more refugees, and decided to bomb an island assumed to be on its way to abandonment. In the end, bobrikovistan island had been sunk, with no retaliation. approximately 2k refugees washed on fuckd island's shores, and Super Mario graciously accepted them. The sinking of bobrikovistan island was met by a swift placement on the BAI of [[HAPI]], and Super Mario was democratically impeached, left on the streets to rot. He has been missing since Turn 512. fukr and turkiyejin has since taken up leadership.
bobrikovistan's leader had returned soon after the destruction of his island, and devestatingly had to rediscover another island, [[Bobrikovistan Island]], returning to their isolationist glory.
fuckd island then paid an accumulated sum of approximately 150kt of food to bobrikovistan, and fuckd island was then taken off the BAI after the final payment of 100kt.

== the fuck up ==
turkiyejin and fukr, both high on weed were brainstorming idea to expand the island's military capability. wanting to not increase their very obvious missile bases; they decided to level them up. the best way to do this, was to of course blow stealth missiles towards dnalsi island. their reasoning is allegedly "dnalsi could recover very quickly from it". this short sighted mistake was done 20m before turn 580 had rolled around, leaving little time for reconsideration; and as the bombs fell on dnalsi, quick regret befelled the both of them. they were very quickly found out due to the lack of action during a stealth missile launch, which would've kept their action hidden. very briefly after Turn 580, discussion within Hakinowa Chat led to the eventual reperations of 519.9kt of food paid out during turn 581-586, according to HAPI records. turkiyejin's apology was accepted by dnalsi, and fuckd Island's government was told to keep a cool head, due to the very extreme boundaries crossed by fuckd. We thank them for their mercy.

one of the most major mistakes made by fuckd island's government was revealing the classified locations of missile bases, in an attempt to seem genuine to Dnalsi Island. this accidental declassification has led many of fuckd island citizens feeling betrayed, and broken. this resulted in both turkiyejin and fukr taking paid leave until turn 600 to discuss their weed addiction. During this, due to mismanagement by their replacements, fuckd Island also suffered a food shortage, resulting in the islands resident's destroying many of the farms on our beloved island. 1129 Cows Island supported them during this time with a relief sum of 300kt of food. fuckd island is currently recovering from the fuck up, and reforming their military.

= foreign relations =
turkiyejin and fukr has both attempted to build many farms and increase the production of food in order to assist multiple dying or new islands as forgiveness for the needless murder of bobrikovistan Island, such as Naked Apron Island. fukr has done a bad job, failing to singlehandedly sustain the population as promised to turkiyejin.
fukr then had to get a pink card from Turkey in order to gain forgiveness, and was exiled temporarily to Turkey. fukr returned on Turn 554, bringing the pink card alongside multiple packs of Camel Cigarettes.
fuckd island has generally been passive to most islands, although many baseless threats made, particularly towards Naked Apron Island, and fukr has yet to make a public apology.

== History ==

The feud between AGGRO (specifically Upchuck) and HAPI started many, many turns ago with the Great Upchuckian War (Turn 115~). Not long after, AGGRO was reformed by penman and Upchuck to further oppose HAPI. The hostilities between the two factions only continued, resulting in the largest wars of the archipelago.

On Turn 385, the Republican State of Nan Island was discovered by Angel. I don't know much of the history because I stopped paying as much attention to Hakoniwa during this time, but Angel would go on to ally herself with HAPI, albeit only because Cosmo begged her to so [[Clover Island]] could send aid without any BAI worries. The War of the First Coalition began nearly 100 turns after the discovery of the island. During the war, Angel stayed mostly neutral, only firing on pen Island once (with her single missile launcher XD).

In the aftermath of the war, after G Island had sunk and Upchuck moved to Chrono Island, a Sanjira attacked Republican State of Nan Island. Upchuck thought it would be funny to bully Angel and convince her he had sent the monster. This somehow ended with him paying Angel for no reason, and after that, they became friends.

Upchuck doesn't know however, Angel has secretly been an alter ego for Waha since day one. Cosmo has been a lie as well

The '''People's Republic of Shotacon Island''' (or Shotacon Island, for short) is revered among the [[Heyuri Archipelago]] as a leading power in military and agriculture. Much of its early history is lost to time, but historians agree it was founded some time before the Great Upchuckian War. Shotacon Island is a member of '''[[HAPI]]''', and has close relations with fellow HAPI members [[DESU Island]] and [[Chuu Island]]. Closer than we'd like to admit~

Before joining HAPI, we were primarily limited to giving [[AIDS]] to our one and only ally at the time, '''Shota Empire Island'''. Although its absentee king was a regrettably major reason for its decay, it was hastened by the mass theft of their valuable resources, most of which was graciously gifted and supplied by our own hard working citizens. This was done by the two-faced '''[[Upchuck Island]]'''. Initially, we were forgiving and simply asked for compensation for the food that was stolen. But as expected of such thieves, they ignored the request for aid and left the Empire to starve. 

True to their name, Upchuckians are mere waste, and of little use to any society. Hence, Upchuck Newchuck any island who claims to be the successor to Upchuck Island is considered our sworn enemy, and any attempts for them to rise up shall be met with us swiftly stamping them back into the dirt where they belong.

There is no such thing as the Newchuck Genocide. It does not exist, and any questions concerning this supposed 'atrocity' are to be ignored.
== Shota Empire Island ==
Some time after the founding of our glorious nation, explorers discovered the long forgotten mother country from which our ancestors hailed: Shota Empire Island. Though they were founded on a monarchist government with aims of conquering the world, our government saw a potential ally in them, and put aside our biases. There was peace for a time, with our state providing food to the poor of the empire while their leader was in exile. This peace was not to last, as the evil Upchuckians would soon commit the aforementioned heist.

Although most islands are either monarchies or democracies, ours is a republic with one man at the helm who aims to give his people what they want: SHOTAS! There is only one party, because one party is all that is required for a glorious republic such as ours to prosper. Any foolish citizen with dreams of one day becoming a 'politician' should consult the nearest officer to be shot educated on why that is not necessary. == The Cleansing of Upchuck ==

On Turn 167, DESU Island requested permission from Chuu Island's representative to open fire on Newchuck Island's holdings. Citing the raids on Secret Island carried out against them while their leader was on vacation as ''casus belli'', DESU artillery had mounted in preparation for attack. Because it was an undeclared war, and Newchuck Island had already been struggling with a little baby economy, enemy missiles were not able to make any progress against the DESU offense. Eager to get back at them for their previous crimes against the Shota Empire and their flippant refusals to accept a peace, our nation soon joined the war effort. 

Overwhelmed by a war on two fronts, the 'Great' Upchuckian King decided to whine like a little bitch. Feeling pity, our glorious leader decided to relent and generously offer him a truce; pay 2000M in cash and our involvement in the war would cease. Predictably, the King would have none of it and threw two missiles back at our lands. We responded in kind by dropping a bomb on his missile base, lowering the capacity for their island to make war. DESU would take the lead and cleanse the rest of the island of Upchuckian life, while shooting down all missiles Upchuck kept sending. All survivors were expelled from their home and taken in for immigration to DESU lands.

A de facto peace was achieved, as Newchuck Island was incapable of further attacks. Many [[LOLs]] were had at their expense, as DESU and Shotacon relations grew stronger thanks to this collaboration. Ashamed of his incompetence to protect his people, Gestalt Upchuck withdrew from the public eye. His whereabouts are currently unknown, but it has been speculated that he has been granted asylum by pen Island.

Although our glorious republic has swiftly crushed our enemy with the help of our ally, war is sure to come again. Until then, we must all do our part to rid the world of Upchuckians wherever they may be sighted.

Angel and Upchuck's Friendship

== History ==

The feud between AGGRO (specifically Upchuck) and HAPI started many, many turns ago with the Great Upchuckian War (Turn 115~). Not long after, AGGRO was reformed by penman and Upchuck to further oppose HAPI. The hostilities between the two factions only continued, resulting in the largest wars of the archipelago, those being the Pen War (Turn 200~), and the War of the First Coalition (Turn 480~).

On Turn 385, the Republican State of Nan Island was discovered by Angel. I don't know much of the history because I stopped paying as much attention to Hakoniwa during this time, but Angel would go on to ally herself with HAPI, albeit only because Cosmo begged her to so [[Clover Island]] could send aid without any BAI worries. The War of the First Coalition began nearly 100 turns after the discovery of the island. During the war, Angel stayed mostly neutral, only firing on pen Island once (with her single missile launcher XD).

In the aftermath of the war, after G Island had sunk and Upchuck moved to Chrono Island, a Sanjira attacked Republican State of Nan Island. Upchuck thought it would be funny to bully Angel and convince her he had sent the monster. This somehow ended with him paying Angel for no reason, and after that, they became friends.

Upchuck doesn't know however, Angel has secretly been an alter ego for Waha since day one. Cosmo has been a lie as well

'''Hachikuji Island''' was an island in the Heyuri Archipelago, they were a member of [[OTAKU]] and the reformed [[AGGRO]]. The people of Hachikuji island were mostly comprised of loli spirits (often onryou) who took refuge after being exercised from their original haunted territory in a distant land. While Shinto was the most widespread religion on the island, there was also a small minority of those who believed in Lolislam. Thus leading to it becoming a state religion along side Shinto.

Hachikuji Island had a powerful vengeful spirit that could take complete control of the island at any time and command it as she sees. Her foreign policy was extremely aggressive and only existed to fulfill her bloodlust. Her name is evil-hachikuji-san and despises the detestable HAPI for their domination of the archipelago and being archipelago police. After evil-hachikuji-san's bloodlust is sated by the extreme loss of an island's population caused by her commands, she entered a very deep sleep for around 100-turns. During this time the Youkai council takes temporary control of the island and is peaceful. However, evil-hachikuji-san controls leadership from behind the scenes by using her dreams to project herself and whisper plans of destruction into council members' ears. Causing them to unintentionally become more aggressive. Some say all of this was due to her lack of nigra's love.

= History =
Iopsd Island was founded relatively early into the resettlement of the Hakoniwa Archipelago by the fantastic Emperor Iopsd. A village was founded there by him as a refuge for mainlanders unable to put up with the new waves of anime, though preference was shown specifically to those of the Lucky Star persuasion. Growth was slow in the early years as carefully planned villages were laid out and government positions assigned, but upon the first expeditions into the mountains of Iopsd Island, the pith helmeted explorers happened upon villages of lolis, with hair of many different colours. Every man on the island was assigned a wife of his choice and the population exploded, which leads us to the modern era.

The island is primarily inhabited by the colourful little girls of the mountain, otherwise known as "Luckies" with an upperclass of the founding members of Iopsd Island, whom are mostly comprised of Caucasian makeup. One could consider them "All-American", though they prefer to use the term "Newfag" to refer to themselves. Offspring of marriages between the Luckies and Newfags tend to result in a girl about 90% of the time, who will be indistinguishable from the standard Luckies of the island; the other 10% will see men, but they are unable to grow anything but aggressively spiky hair.

The culture of the island has largely been shaped by the interests of the elite class, aswell as heavily by the Emperor himself; this is most heavily demonstrated in the heavily otaku-centric nature of all entertainment and artwork. Architecture has notable Japanese inspiration, with a specific focus on the rural environment.  

Farming is incredibly important to the people of Iopsd Island and a majority of the population are employed in the massive agricultural complexes spanning the land. The most popular crop is the leaves of which green tea is made from, with many festivals held in celebration of the drink aswell as all citizens guaranteed free access to it as a basic Human right. Festivals are a constant in Iopsdian society, with a heavy emphasis put on leisure, to "Take it easy!" as the locals put it. With monthly festivals held for anything from Pocky appreciation to anime viewings at municipal theatres and town halls. Artists are held in high regard within the upperclass of the Iopsdians. Anyone able to draw a perfect portrait of Emperor Iopsd's wife being granted a large stipend from the royal treasury and a pure maiden of his choice. Cleanliness is also held in very high regard and it has become a widespread practice to sing "Timotei.. Timotei.. Timoteeei!" when bathing oneself. Whether this is a stealth advertising campaign for the shampoo (Of which is manufactured and exported en mass on the island) or if it is simply a call to the cultural foundation of the island (Lucky Star) is unclear.  
= Government =
The government on Iopsd Island is composed on a wealth of aristocratic councils, all reporting to the Emperor as the end all on decisions. The military branch enjoys greater freedom than the rest of the branches, but it is said to only be this way due to the immense technical knowledge needed to operate the missile facilities.  The military command is broken into two sections, with one for managing National Guard forces, while the other more elite branch is what manages offensive actions, mainly by missile. A smaller delegation exists simply to communicate on behalf of the Iopsdian stake into the greater [[HAPI]] manpower pool, though they've been somewhat absent since the creation the Hakoniwa BBS, otherwise known as the "Hakoniwa Bullet Blocking Speakeasy". 
= The Great Upchuckian War =
A mention on most notable islands of the archipelago, of which saw the deaths of many Iopsdians due to a severe lack of defense facilities. The war was shortly followed with the "Calamity of the Sea" wherein a series of natural disasters had their tail brought up by a 2-strength Kaiju! The carnage was severe and the island dropped many places in the greater Hakoniwa rankings, but it has been on the rise ever since, helped along by a large influx of Wahaians.
= The Great Tragedy of Turn 371 =

Upon the passing of Turn 371, much due to the Emperor's ignorance of the guidebook and what Kamisama has in mind for those who fly too close to the sun, saw the island plunged into a disaster not seen since the The Great Upchuckian War. The island was first hit by a massive tsunami, which was a tragedy in itself, but not unusual for the Archipelago. Shortly after these initial events, Iopsd Island was hit by the first recorded "Land Subsidance" which saw a massive amount of the great nation put underwater. Most of the deaths were civilian, hundreds of thousands of lives lost as entire cities were swallowed by the sea. Much to the Defense Council's delight, the missile facilities were mostly left intact. A candlelight vigil was held for the lives lost shortly after the event, with a planned Pocky burning in tribute. Official Government statements on the matter, outside of those containing simply messages of sorrow, consisted of blaming covert Pen Island agents for this tragedy, which led to a massive confiscation of all Pen refugee owned businesses and a reduction in their status as civilians.

= Abandonment of HAPI =

Due to the [[War of the First Coalition]] and failed colonial integration of PC98 during the war, leadership of Iopsd slowly began to sour towards HAPI. The consensus among most prominent leaders and even among the Emperor himself was that such a war could have been totally avoided if cooler heads had prevailed, aswell as avoiding such a hideous refugee crisis, stretching the bombed out nations' capabilities to the limits. Thus, after much conversation and connections made with the reanimated brain of PC98 (Now 3.1-tan) it was decided that a soft withdrawl from HAPI, and joining of OTAKU would be agreed upon, given reparations were given and war was put onto the backburner.

This was welcomed by most islanders, but protests erupted among the minority community of Wahaian refugees; their cries were addressed by a clause in the alliance agreement that Iopsd would never have to fire upon Chuu in any sort of offensive war.

All in all the integration into OTAKU has resulted in quite the economic boost and rebound for the Island, even if some mishaps have occurred.

=History=
The OS-Tan Shogunate was founded on turn 506, shortly after the abandonment and fall of the [[PC98 Island|Empire of PC98 Systems]] the same turn.

The OS-tan Government was installed as the de facto authority of PC98 Island on turn 301, but was exiled after the restoration of the Imperial Government under Rex de PC98 on turn 369. The OS-tans escaped exile shortly before PC98 Island was abandoned in the 
[[War of the First Coalition]], and settled upon another island, inheriting PC98 Island's wealth, properties, and status in the process, although the Imperial Government is in exile on the island.

==The Soylent War==
On turn 507 and 508, Soylent Island sent attacks to the very young Islands of Shinobu Island and the OS-tan Shogunate Island. Being too weak to send a proper counter-attack, [[OTAKU]] chose not to act for the time. On turn 573, the OS-tan Shogunate would declare war and on turn 574, [[Iopsd Island]], [[Upchuck Island|Chrono Island]], Shinobu Island, and the OS-tan Shogunate fired upon soylent Island, completely destroying it's military capabilities in the first turn. OTAKU would completely RAEP the island, as soylent Island was unaware of the attacks until 3 turns into the war. soylent Island attempted to join HAPI and receive AIDS, but to no avail as they were guilty of bombing the newborn islands some 70 turns earlier. Chuu Island would disrupt the RAEPage, begging soylent to pay for their crimes with money to clear their slate so they could join HAPI. After some extra RAEPage, soylent Island became a member of HAPI, and Chuu Island stated that any further attacks against them would be a attack on all of HAPI. The war ended on turn 578 when soylent was humiliated by sending funds and bowing their heads to their superiors: OTAKU.

=Diplomacy=
The OS-Tan Shogunate is allied with Iopsd Island, Shinobu Island, Chrono Island, and Gensokyo Island through [[OTAKU]], and is allied to Woodstock Island through the Gaijin Otaku Pact.
